As Pancake & Co is committed to delivering the highest quality food products, please note that food items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, unless they are found to be damaged upon arrival.

Procedure for Damaged Goods

In the event that your goods are faulty or damaged, please report this to us immediately. Contact us via email at info@pancakeandco.com within 48 hours of your delivery. Timely reporting is essential for us to address the issue effectively.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the goods must be in the same condition as received. This allows us to accurately assess any damages. You may request an exchange within 14 days from the purchase date. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faulty Products

Delivery and Shipping

Our products are dispatched through Royal Mail. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Royal Mail  will attempt to redeliver, or they will leave your package at your nearest local depot. Please be aware that Pancake & Co cannot be held responsible for any spoilage of goods that occurs if they are not collected from the depot within 72 hours.
